Mickey Weiser, Owner
Mickey started Weiser Agency in 1983 and today serves as Owner of the company. After earning a Physical Education degree in 1978 from Fort Hays State University, Mickey began teaching and coaching at Grinnell High School. In 1983, Mickey entered the insurance business and quickly accumulated numerous accolades from National Farmer's Union. He was selected top MPCI Producer of the Year in '87, '88, and '89 as well as Crop-Hail Agent of the Year in '85, '86, '87, and '90. After becoming an independent agency in 1990, Mickey continued to be a top MPCI and Crop-Hail producer in the state of Kansas. He has since expanded his business to include Colorado, Nebraska, and Missouri farmers.
Mickey and his wife, Brenda, reside in Grinnell and have five children (Marcus, Devan, Brock, Kimber, Mackenzie) and sixteen grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family, golfing, traveling, and watching football.

Cheryl L. Lee, CISR
Cheryl currently serves as a Certified Insurance Service Representative. Cheryl began her career with John Deere in 1979. After 12 years of service with John Deere, she completed her insurance licensing and joined Weiser Agency in 1991. She successfully completed her CISR training in 1996 and was named Northwest Kansas Secretary of the Year in 1998. In 2006, Cheryl received an outstanding service award and was recognized by the CEO, Dr. William Hold, of the Certified Insurance Service Representative Society. Her customer service and dedication to the insurance community is a skill set that is highly effective with her customers.
Cheryl and her husband, Rory, live in Oakley and have five children (Andy, Stacy, Felisha, Tashia, Trevor) and eight grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, riding bikes, going to Denver, and working on their house.

Devan Weiser, Agent
Devan joined Weiser Agency in 2013 as a licensed Agent. After earning a Master of Business Administration degree in 2006 from Kansas Wesleyan University, Devan moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL and joined the Miami Dolphins as a Operations Staff Assistant. In 2008, Devan was hired by the Denver Broncos where he held the title of Football Operations Assistant for 3 years. He decided to put his MBA background to use in 2011 and joined a Denver-based financial advising firm called Peak Planning Group, LLC.
Devan and his wife, Brianna, currently live in Oakley and have five children (Alexa, Kinley, Blair, Paxton, Creed). Devan enjoys spending time with his family, working out, golfing, playing basketball, and camping in the Rocky Mountains and Black Hills National Forest.
